Travel Guide: Florida Adventure

From theme parks and beaches to national parks and museums, it takes a more than one visit to explore Florida. Yet clearly many people are up to the challenge with the first half of 2019 showing an increase on the record number of visitors set in 2018. As Governor Ron DeSantis said, “Florida remains the world’s premier vacation destination.”

This is certainly true as people from all walks of life are coming to the state. In fact, one lottery winner in the UK took his 13 family members to Florida after he won a million pounds ($1.32 million). While his winnings weren’t quite in the same league as the bigger lotteries played in the country, with Lottoland detailing how the EuroMillions can be worth hundreds of millions of dollars, his commitment to bringing his family to Florida shows how globally popular the Sunshine State is. The good news is that much what Florida has to offer does not require a huge windfall to enjoy. So whether you’ve won a huge jackpot or are just visiting, here is what you need to do for a true Florida experience.
