There are some trends we see during fashion week that we can’t wait to wear (hello, below the lash swarovski crystals). And then there are some that are best left on the runway. Curly baby hairs and face jewelry falls into the latter category.
During its Paris Fashion Week presentation fashion house Givenchy gave models a very distinct look. Hair was mostly slicked back, except the stylist made intricate designs with baby hairs near the crown. Models sported elaborate (and distracting) face jewelry.
Designer Ricardo Tisci said inspiration was “Latin Cholas.” Personally, we think it took away from the clothes!
