If you’ve ever considered teeth whitening, we’re now in a golden age of whitening. For less than $100 and an hour of your time, you can whiten your teeth ten shades. I speak from experience, haven gotten Zoom Whitening last week and I’m now pretty much pushing it on everyone I know.
This treatment has dropped drastically in price and is quick enough to do at lunch time. I went on Wednesday afternoon and after a quick polishing of my teeth, they used a palette to choose what color my teeth were. I got a 16, because of years of drinking coffee and red wine (oops!). Then, they insert a tray, paint your teeth with some formula and then apply a laser for 15 minutes. They do this three times and show you the results in between.
After round one, I was so impressed by the results and couldn’t believe I had two more rounds to go. By round three, I was down to a 6, ten whole shades lighter than when I walked in an hour earlier, and my teeth were so much brighter.
You have to drink clear liquids for two days and eat white food so as not to stain your teeth. Also, your teeth will be sensitive for a day and you will have tooth pain sporadically, so plan to take advil. But, the pain is totally worth the results.
