It’s official, Louis Vuitton is not only a women’s handbag anymore! While we have seen some famous male celebrities sporting the classic LV bags, the French fashion house is debuting a line of “man bags” for Spring/Summer 2011. This debut shows the brand is taking the men’s market much more seriously and recognizing stylish gentlemen everywhere.
The bags come in grey, brown, and green, depicting classic and understated elegance. With the iconic monogram pattern, some bags come in washed denim fabric with leather straps and details. Tattoo artist Scott Campbell designed the coolest bag of them all! (We also hear he is the lucky guy who got to ink Marc Jacobs himself!) He took the classic Damier pattern, tweaked it with different treatments of fabrics and unique shapes. Other bags include an over-sized tote bag in washed canvas that features the LV logo with olive green leather straps. These bags are expected to be available early next year!
