I’ve been documenting my wedding glow-up pretty publicly on the blog. There was the weight loss (15 pounds!), and the teeth whitening, but keeping my teeth white has been just as important as getting them white in the first place.
After a recent cleaning at my dentist, I learned from the hygienist that my regular toothbrush just wasn’t cutting it. There was plaque build up between my teeth and near my gums, and she had to work really hard to remove it. She suggested getting an electronic toothbrush and later that same day I picked up Burst’s Sonic Toothbrush.
