It was widely reported this week by blog and media outlets that 18-year-old Emma Watson, better known as her role as Hermione in the Harry Potter films, was chosen to be the new face for Chanel’s Coco Mademoiselle perfume, replacing Kiera Knightly. Well, the rumors are false and Emma was not offered the $6 million contract. I had mixed feelings when I initially heard the rumor. I mean the girl is obviously beautiful but I feel Chanel needs more of a mature spokesperson to carry the campaign. What are your thoughts?
ohhh…that was just a rumor!? i agree with what you said in your post. Emma is clearly a beautiful and classy girl, but let’s wait a few (or quite a few) years before letting her rep the label. i completely agree w/ Chanel needing someone more mature. good call!
