Gwenyth Paltrow, Rihanna, Charlize Theron, and Katie Lee Joel (among others) have all been seen out wearing cocktail shorts, a trend that’s taking over Hollywood these days. Cocktail shorts are basically what they sound like – dressy shorts that can be paired with heels and taken to a red carpet event (or, for those of us who aren’t celebrities and don’t attend events with red carpets, out on the town).
