You might have heard that Katy Perry and Russell Brand tied the knot over the weekend in Rajasthan, India, but in even more exciting news, New York magazine has figured out the dress she probably wore, based on the following information: we know Perry wore a gray Elie Saab couture dress with lace sleeves. That would mean that it’s most likely this dress (pictured). I think it’s really nice, although I’d love to see it without the sleeves at all as a strapless dress. Admittedly I’m also a traditionalist and would have wanted it to be a white dress for a wedding, but we know Katy has a strong sense of her personal style, so I think this dress is a good blend of traditional and unusual that perfectly suits her.
