Barneys Recap

 So last week a friend and I hit up the Barneys sale so I figured I’d give you all a recap if you’re interested in  going. They had lots of good brands such as: Diane Von Furstenberg, tons of Marc Jacobs, Rebecca Beeson, Theory, the Kate Moss Top SHop Collection, Edun, Citizens, Ella Moss.. The list goes on. Also, the shoe collection was awesome with Manolo Blahniks for about $300, Marc Jacobs, Dolce & Gabbana, Yves Saint Laurent and Lanvin among others. Most of the shoes were in the $250-$300 range. The handbag selection was disappointing. We arrived at around 5 p.m. and there were only 3 bags left!! I asked the salespeople and they restock every mornign so I suggest going early if you plan on going. Also, there are no dressing rooms so be prepared to strip down in front of a room of strangers, hope you had your Brazilian! Also, they have the most amazing mirrors there that make you look 5 sizers smaller than you really are — don’t be fooled! All in all, I’d say it’s worth going to. The prices are pretty good and the brands are also. It lasts until September 3.
