APL is a leader in amazing athletic footwear and they recently teamed up with Tone It Up, a fitness and wellness community for women, to create a capsule collection that includes sneakers and slides. If you’re a reader of the blog, you know that we’ve been fangirls of ToneItUp for years. Our editor in chief swears by their online workouts and loves the positive vibe the co-founders put out.
The line of sneakers is hyper-limited and only available online, so snag your pair soon! The line features two types of sneakers and one pair of slides and was released earlier this week!
Katrina Scott of Tone It Up’s favorite sneaker, the Women’s Techloom Wave in Simply Rose and nude, is made to form to your feet for a comfy, supportive fit. It also makes the sneakers look comfy and cute as you can see the techloom and elastic stretch. The laces provide a lockdown to prevent sliding and even have a phantom lace loop for a sleek, no laces look. The sneaker also uses APL’s propelium technology, designed to maximize energy generation and provide superior comfort.
The other pair of sneakers in the collection is the Women’s Ascend Quilted Sneaker. This is Karena Dawn of Tone It Up’s favorite sneaker because it is a fashion forward high top sneaker featuring shiny metallics and vegan quilted leather. Definitely a chic sneaker. Just like the Techloom Wave sneaker, it features propelium technology and puts sustainability and performance on the front line. The main difference is the luxurious feel of the Ascend and the personal details, such as the white stripe on the pull tab representing Karena Dawn’s dog. Overall, this shoe totally reminds me of a black Chanel bag!
The last pair of shoes in the collection is the Women’s Big Logo Techloom Slides. Slides are super comfy as it is, but even comfier with APL technology. The footbed even massages your feet with every step. These are super cute and great for giving your feet a much needed break!
We’re so excited to try these comfy and cute shoes from the APL X Tone It Up capsule collection!
