Target has really done their part in bringing high end designers in to create more affordable collections for those of us on a budget, and their latest collaboration is with Zac Posen. The line focuses mainly on dresses, although a full-length gown (the first ever for Target), a tuxedo suit, and several bathing suits are also available, along with more casual looks. According to Target.com, “the Zac Posen for Target collection celebrates new interpretation and fresh takes on some of the iconic pieces that have sculpted the Zac Posen brand.” The collection will only be available from April 25 to May 30, and is priced from $16.99 to $199.00. But most importantly, want to see the pieces for yourself? Take a look at the collection (with prices) here and then let me know what you think! (Personally, my favorite looks are some of the dresses – I like the black ones and the red one with ruffles.)
PS – Live in or near NYC and want to get your hands on some of these clothes early? You’re in luck! On April 15th Target is hosting a pop-up shop that’s open for only 24 hours (from 11pm on the 15th to 11pm on the 16th) and features a band and DJ all night. The event is located at 481 8th Avenue (at 34th Street). Sounds like a great way to celebrate your tax refund! (Full details can be found here.)
