Pretty Little Liars Recap: “If at First You Don’t Succeed, Lie, Lie Again”

As the girls still try to figure out what happened the night Ali disappeared, Ali’s brother Jason returns to town and tells Spencer that he receive the same picture the girls did of the night Ali disappeared. Jason goes on to tell her that the picture has been ruled a fake by a private investigator. The next morning Hanna and her mom get a call from Ashley’s work saying that Mrs. Potter is making a unexpected visit to the bank but right before she makes it to the bank, the women dies. Remember this is the woman that Ashley stole all the money from.

Another text comes through from “A” to Hanna insisting that she spill Aria and Ezra’s affair to Aria’s mom in an effort to keep Ashley’s money stealing a secret.

Emily returns to swim team and her rivalry continues with her and the team captain Paige. In a “bitch” move Paige gets beaded bracelets, the same ones Alison gave the girls before she died. Finally, Spencer reveals that the shadow in the picture of Ali is Spencer; she had gone after Ali after they had a fight. The episode of course ends with a shocker; someone posed as Spencer for the purchase of the two different bracelets. Of course the fashion in this episode was incredible always!
